Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

It is extremely important that any animal that receives prescription drugs be closely monitored. This means that we will need to see your pet every 6 months, but possibly more frequently depending on the treatment prescribed.

We require at least 24 hours notice in order to renew your pets medication as some medications we will need to order in through our supplier. 

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. We will let you know when it’s ready for collection so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule.

Orders are usually ready within 1 business day. For same day collection, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone instead of using this form.
