Lara Pet Hospital and Veterinary Centre provides complete, high quality veterinary care for the pets of Lara, Little River and surrounds. Lara Pet Hospital is proud to be the only full time, hospital standard facility available in Lara.

With a strong focus on delivering an excellent standard of veterinary care to our patients the hospital has an experienced and passionate team of Vets and nurses committed to your pets care, and will be happy to give advice on all aspects of your pets health. The facilities at our veterinary clinic enable us to offer a large range of both medical and surgical services.

The vet hospital is located at 14 Hicks St, opposite the train station and next door to Lara Hotel. We are open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. We look forward to meeting you all and getting to know your special pets

Our reception and waiting room is large to give your pets their own space when coming into the clinic.

Our in house labratory provides you with quick results of your pets cytology and some blood tests

Our human grade dental machine provides your pet with the highest quality dental work if a procedure is needed

The treatment area is where we perform your pets dental procedures and any other non-sterile procedures

Our radiology machine and digital processor provides high quality X-ray images straight to our computer

Our prep table is where we induce general anaesthetics and prepare patients for surgery

We have a separate sterile surgery room

Your pet will be attached to high quality monitoring devices during any surgical procedure, along with constant nurse monitoring
